Evaluation process for labels, packaging, manuals and guarantees to ensure compliance with the Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM (Official Mexican Standard) for commercial information.
Product Inspection
We have the capacity to evaluate the compliance of Commercial Information to National or Imported products in accordance with the provisions of the current Official Mexican Standards.
We are accredited and approved by the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA) and the General Directorate of Standards (DGN) respectively, as an Inspection Unit (UVNOM099).

Our capabilities extend to assessing the compliance of Commercial Information for both National and Imported products in line with the provisions of the existing Official Mexican Standards.
We hold accreditation and approval from the Mexican Accreditation Entity (Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación) (EMA) and the General Directorate of Standards (Dirección General de Normas) (DGN), designated as an Inspection Unit (UVNOM099).

Application acceptance
Once the application is accepted, the analysis will be carried out by an accredited technical verifier.

Technical analysis
An accredited verification technician will proceed to the analysis
In case of non-compliance:
1) Observations will be issued to the verification.
2) Again the entry of information with the requested corrections.
3) In case of being in compliance, the Certificate will be issued.
Issuance of Certificate of Conformity
Issued in a maximum time of 24 business hours (with the information in compliance).
