Know our services – TC Logistics

Process of evaluating labels, packaging, and containers to ensure compliance with Norma Oficial Mexicana (Official Mexican Standards) for commercial information.

This assessment applies to both imported and domestic products, with the aim of ensuring that consumers have accurate and complete information about the products they purchase. The inspection unit verifies that the labels contain relevant information, such as ingredients, instructions and expiration dates, and that the packages meet the established quality requirements. This work contributes to consumer protection and to maintaining high quality standards in the Mexican market.

Package design

A process encompassing the development of containers, labels, instructions, and guarantees, adhering to the requirements of the relevant standards and specific specifications.

Designing packaging entails crafting packaging that is both appealing and functional, meeting quality and safety standards, all while embodying the client’s vision. The goal is to showcase the product, convey information clearly, and safeguard the contents during storage and transportation. By merging standards with client specifications, the objective is to craft a successful package that stands out in the market.

Label printing

Printing labels is a vital element in product packaging and branding. Labels not only convey vital information like product specifications, instructions, and ingredients but also play a crucial role in captivating consumers and expressing brand values. In an ever more competitive market, the quality and design of a label can distinguish a product. Innovations in label printing technology have empowered businesses to produce high-quality, tailor-made labels in a streamlined and cost-effective manner.

Translation

The translation of labels, packaging, containers, instructions and guarantees is an essential process to ensure compliance with official Mexican standards.

This process involves the accurate and faithful translation of all relevant information, such as ingredients, directions for use, safety warnings, and warranties, in order to provide consumers with a clear and complete understanding of the product. The translation guarantees that the information complies with the legal requirements established by Mexican regulations, allowing the products to be marketed adequately and safely in the Mexican market. By carrying out these translations, transparency and consumer protection are ensured, facilitating their informed decision-making and fostering confidence in the products they purchase.

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

VMI involves the vendor taking responsibility for managing their customer’s inventory levels.

By doing this, the vendor can ensure that the right quantity of products is available at the right time. This is often achieved through a combination of sophisticated inventory systems and mutual information sharing between the vendor and the customer. VMI can result in reduced inventory holding costs, minimized stockouts and overstocks, and an improved relationship between the vendor and customer, as it aligns business objectives and fosters a partnership approach.

Bonded Warehouse

Storage under Fiscal Warehouse is a customs regime that allows the storage of merchandise with the possibility of deferring the payment of taxes and complying with tariff restrictions outside of customs.

It provides flexibility to companies by deferring the payment of taxes and streamlining logistics processes, optimizing inventory management and allowing greater efficiency in business operations.
